The 30 m2 dining area with dining table, a fuly-equipped local and European, open kitchen, with big fridge, oven and microwave and professional expresso machine using local coffee beans, juicer, and other equipment. Guest could use the kitchen only under long term lease.

The 48 m2 terrasse on the second floor of the pavillon is reserved for the usage of the room 1 & 2.
